AI video startup Runway raises $308 million for valuation of $3 billion

This round of financing is led by General Atlantic, with participation from Nvidia, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and others. Runway will use funds to strengthen AI model development and expand its creative team. Its software has been applied to projects such as Amazon TV series, Madonna tour, and Puma advertising. The recently launched Gen-4 model supports character and scene consistency, achieving significant technological breakthroughs.
