Wintermute announced the launch of a two-layer network (L2) platform called QuoteChain, aimed at integrating artificial intelligence, encryption technology, and social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter). This platform distributes content based on users' social activities and is called "Twitter L2". At present, users can pre register through the official website, provided that they have a verified X account, at least 50 followers, and the account has been registered for more than 90 days.
