Wu learned that Nova Labs, the team behind Helium, has confirmed that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has dismissed its allegations of Nova Labs selling unregistered securities, confirming that HNT, IOT, MOBILE tokens issued through the Helium network, as well as compatible hotspot devices, do not constitute securities.
