According to Spot On Chain monitoring, about 7 hours ago, an address created a new wallet and purchased a total of 9610 ETH (approximately $14.54 million). The address first withdrew 5000 ETH from Kraken as collateral, lent $7 million USDS on the Spark platform, and then purchased 4610 ETH at a price of approximately $1518, suspected to be bullish on the future trend of ETH.
