If covenants are enabled on bitcoin, would it be possible to create a decentralized, bitcoin-collateralized USD stablecoin using DLCs, oracles, and covenants? Covenants could require that, in order to spend (repay) the bitcoin collateral, you must also spend the stablecoin ordinal UTXO — ensuring that only the current holder can claim the collateral. Or no?
