Babylon, the Bitcoin staking protocol, announced on X platform that a governance proposal to modify the parameters of the Babylon Genesis chain has been officially launched. The proposal aims to adjust the unbinding fee for the second stage staking from 100 sats/vbyte to 30 sats/vbyte. Voting is now open and the deadline is Monday, April 21st at 7am UTC.
