🛡️Security is never a patch applied after launch — it's a core part of the entire lifecycle of every Web3 project. Recently, @KiloEx_perp suffered a ~8.44M exploit. Right after the incident, @SlowMist_Team immediately launched our emergency response. We worked closely with KiloEx to trace the attack path and fund flows, leveraging our in-house blockchain AML and tracing platform — @MistTrack_io and the InMist threat intelligence network — to extract attacker profiles. At the same time, SlowMist played a key role in assisting KiloEx with a comprehensive on-chain analysis of the attack, clarifying the vulnerability's root cause, and supporting multiple rounds of negotiations between KiloEx and the attacker.
