YouTube influencer Nelk Boys files dismissal of class action lawsuit for alleged NFT fraud

According to Decrypt, defense lawyers for YouTube influencers Kyle Forgeard and John Shahidi (also known as Nelk Boys) have filed to dismiss a class action lawsuit accusing them of fraud in the Full Send Metacard NFT project. The lawsuit was filed in January on behalf of Metacard NFT buyers, accusing the defendant of misleading consumers with promises of exclusive privileges and community access. It is alleged that the two individuals also distorted the Metacard plan prior to the sale on January 19, 2022, in order to induce the plaintiff to purchase tokens on that date.
