Wu learned that according to SolanaFloor, the Solana Foundation has launched a new policy to strengthen network decentralization: for every new validator joining the foundation's commission program, the foundation will remove three validators who have held the commission for more than 18 months and have pledged less than 1000 SOLs externally. This move aims to reduce reliance on foundation commissions and encourage community supported validators.
