US prosecutors submit over 200 victim statements accusing former Celsius CEO

Mashinsky pleaded guilty in December 2023 to one count of commodity fraud and one count of securities fraud, with a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison. Most victims are demanding the maximum sentence from the court, but there are also a few who are calling for lighter treatment. Mashinsky's sentencing will be announced on May 8th, and his defense team requests a maximum of 366 days in prison.
