The US court will announce the verdict on fraud and manipulation charges against the former CEO of Celsius on May 8th

According to Foresight News, The Block reported that a US court will sentence Alex Mashinsky, former CEO of Celsius, on fraud and manipulation charges on May 8th. Mashinsky had previously pleaded guilty to charges of commodity fraud and manipulation of CEL token prices in December of last year. In 2023, US authorities arrested Mashinsky on suspicion of defrauding Celsius users.
