The conference topics include key issues such as the structural model of tokenized securities, registration and broker requirements, market structure regulations, financial crime compliance, and state company laws. Ondo Finance has proposed seeking regulatory sandboxes or other forms of regulatory exemptions to advance the issuance of its tokenized asset products. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a clear regulatory framework for tokenized securities in the US market.
