Citigroup stated that this year may become a "ChatGPT moment" for blockchain, and pointed out that if regulatory frameworks are in place, stablecoin issuers may become one of the largest holders of US Treasury bonds. The bank also warned that if adoption is slow, the market value may only reach $500 billion.
