Standing Committee of the National People's Congress: Financial Law and Financial Stability Law will be formulated in 2025

Huang Haihua, spokesman of the Law Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and director of the research office, said at the press conference of the spokesman of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the 25th that the 42nd Chairman's Meeting of the 14th NPC Standing Committee had made changes to the 2025 Legislative Work Plan of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, which will be announced to the public in accordance with the provisions of the legislative law in the near future. Huang Haihua introduced that the legislative work plan for 2025 includes 14 legal cases for further review and 23 legal cases for initial review. Among them, in terms of improving the system and mechanism conducive to promoting high-quality development, we formulated the Law on the Promotion of Private Economy, the National Development Planning Law, the Financial Law, the Financial Stability Law, the Farmland Protection and Quality Improvement Law, and revised the Anti unfair Competition Law, the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, the Bidding Law, the Agriculture Law, the Fisheries Law, the Civil Aviation Law, the People's Bank of China Law, and the Banking Supervision and Management Law.
