The core measures include standardization of DAO proposal process, transfer of treasury control to DAO members, establishment of legal entities, independence of funds, and transparency of governance. The team will supplement $10 million in USDC as operating capital and grant DAO 50% of the protocol revenue (currently approximately 32 million JUPs) to support ecological growth after two years.
