FTX sues token issuer, urges cooperation in asset return

According to a report by Golden Finance, FTX Trading Ltd. and FTX Recovery Trust announced today that they have filed a legal lawsuit against some token issuers who hold FTX assets and refuse to cooperate in order to recover their bankruptcy assets. FTX has sued NFT Stars Limited and KUROSEMI INC. (i.e. Delysium) for failing to deliver the contractually agreed tokens to FTX. FTX stated, 'We urge token issuers to return the assets that should belong to FTX and are willing to file a lawsuit if they fail to fully cooperate.'. ”FTX is still in contact with other token issuers and plans to file additional lawsuits against unresponsive parties to maximize asset recovery and return creditor funds.
