The New York prosecutor is considering whether to withdraw the charges against Keonne Rodriguez and William Lonergan Hill, co founders of Samourai Wallet. In a joint letter to Judge Richard Berman of the Southern District Federal Court, both parties requested a 16 day extension of the case proceedings to allow the prosecution to respond to the defense's request, as stated by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche on April 7th
