European digital bank Bunq launches cryptocurrency service with technical support from Kraken

Odaily Planet Daily News: European digital bank Bunq announced on April 29th the launch of Bunq Crypto, allowing users to invest in over 300 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana. The service will first be launched in the Netherlands, France, Spain, Ireland, Italy, and Belgium, with technical support provided by Kraken. Bunq stated, "Our global users have long expected a simple, secure, and direct way to invest in digital assets." Bunq's research suggests that "about 65% of European consumers want to manage their banks, savings, and cryptocurrency investments through a unified platform," with over 50% of respondents wanting to access cryptocurrency but finding existing platforms inadequate in terms of simplicity and security.
