Thumzup submits S-3 registration statement to SEC, plans to issue securities to raise up to $500 million

Odaily Planet Daily News: Thumzup Media Corporation has submitted a revised S-3 registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), raising the total amount of planned securities issuance from the previous $200 million to a maximum of $500 million. The company plans to issue ordinary shares, warrants, unit or equity certificates irregularly through this mechanism, and the raised funds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the purchase of Bitcoin as the main reserve asset and daily operating capital arrangements.
