Wu learned that Sei Network developers have proposed to stop supporting Cosmos, citing the need to simplify the architecture, reduce infrastructure complexity, and focus on building an ecosystem compatible with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). At present, Sei supports dual architectures of EVM and CosmMasm. If the proposal is approved, it will only support EVM transactions in the future. The proposal is expected to be discussed at a community meeting on May 14th.
