Overflow funds drive sector rotation, and today's Russell 2000 follows the same principle. As discussed in a previous article, Russell 2000 has seen the highest increase in the US stock index, while ETH has risen more than 20% in cryptocurrency, surpassing most altcoins. Talking to people means that investors believe that mainstream assets have almost risen, and the sectors that fell more before starting the game have started to rotate. BTC has risen back to all the parts that have fallen since February, while ETH has just returned to its position in early March. So the gap in between is the game of investors.
