According to Bloomberg, Tidal Financial Group submitted an application to the US SEC this week to launch a hedge ETF product with Bitcoin and gold as opposing assets. This product will be released under the Battleshares brand and designed as a combination of long and short strategies. If approved, the ETF will combine tools such as short selling, swaps, and options.
