The probability of not cutting interest rates in July has exceeded 61% and is still increasing. The bond market is no longer expecting the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates more than twice in 2025, so my view remains the same. Unless there is a recession in the US economy, the Federal Reserve will not cut interest rates in June. At present, the probability of a rate cut in July is not high.
