Today, as prayers were lifted and blessings poured out over the Morant Bay Urban Centre, I was reminded that this is more than just buildings. This is a promise fulfilled to the people of St. Thomas. This Centre belongs to you. Cherish it. Protect it. Use it to grow and improve yourself. This Government remains steadfast in our mission to uplift lives, and together, we are building a prosperous future, one community at a time.
