But due to the floating nature of the Diamond Hand Bonus, the actual amount may appear lower than expected each day. This is normal, since totals can only be finalized after each day ends. Any difference will be added back the following day. For the first 2 days of points for veVIRTUAL, we’re sending the reimbursement in one batch. Moving forward, this process will run daily. One more thing: Point totals may vary slightly day to day, sometimes a little higher, sometimes a bit lower.
