Just when the market thought that the tariff storm had come to an end, Trump suddenly announced that it would terminate the country by country trade negotiations, instead of setting a new tariff for the world, and would send a notice to many countries within two to three weeks to clarify the new tariff rate of the goods exported to the United States, despite the preliminary agreements with China, the United Kingdom and Europe.
