The transaction terms have not been disclosed yet. DexterLab provides hosted web3 services for companies wishing to monitor the Solana ecosystem. It provides raw data APIs, real-time data feeds, and other services for the Solana mainnet as well as the broader SVM Rollup and sidechain ecosystems. Alchemy is a blockchain development platform that provides various tools and infrastructure (such as SDK, debugging tools, and validator support) to simplify the process of building, extending decentralized applications, and interacting with protocols. Since its launch, Alchemy has primarily focused on providing solutions for Ethereum and EVM based networks.
