According to BlockBeats, on May 17th, the Argentine judicial system is making progress in the investigation of the LIBRA case, which involves President Javier Milei, his sister Karina, and several collaborators related to the cryptocurrency world. The judge in this case ordered the central bank to lift the bank secrecy of Milei and her sister in order to review all transactions conducted since 2023. This measure aims to clarify potential financial irregularities related to the controversial LIBRA cryptocurrency. In addition, the judge also expanded the information request to three individuals closely related to Miller, as well as individuals with connections to Hayden Davis, the head of Kelsier Ventures, the initiator of LIBRA. Their assets were also frozen as part of the investigation. (crypto-economy)
