How should American encryption companies respond to Trump's new strategy? Regulation is shifting from "law enforcement suppression" to "encouraging innovation", and American cryptocurrency companies have reached a policy turning point to reshape their destiny. After taking office, Trump issued consecutive executive orders to restructure the regulatory tone, including establishing strategic Bitcoin reserves, adjusting the SEC regulatory framework, dissolving enforcement teams, and shifting the focus of cryptocurrency regulation to "active governance". This series of actions has quickly triggered a chain reaction within the industry. Although the GENIUS Act has not yet been officially passed, it has pushed the two parties to reach a consensus on stablecoin regulation and accelerated the establishment of a clear framework. The market is also responding quickly - Bitcoin companies have completed a $3.6 billion SPAC merger, on chain enterprises are boldly experimenting with innovation, and mining, DeFi, and stablecoin projects are restarting expansion plans. The shift in regulatory attitude not only sends a signal of legal risk mitigation, but is also seen by the industry as a "structural green light" for the native business model of encryption. Chain priority and transparency priority have become key value indicators in the new stage. At the same time, more institutions are shifting from a "defensive posture" to an "exploratory growth", focusing on the trust foundation brought by more mature policy paths. But this change is not just a institutional dividend, but also a test of industry ethical self-discipline. Relaxing regulation does not mean abandoning standards. The industry needs to win consensus through open auditing, open-source protocols, and clear governance. If the United States can truly advance in policy, ethics, and technology simultaneously, it may not only reshape its global voice in cryptocurrency, but also open up a new growth cycle for the cryptocurrency industry.
