After a really solid period in the market giving back some of the profit is pretty standard. You adapted to trading a certain way and then all of a sudden that ‘certain way’ changes Its like a car slowly down, inertia will be in effect for a while longer under it comes to a stop Trading is similar. Don’t beat yourself up over giving back some of the gains after an amazing hot streak Just be self aware enough to put an end to it as soon as possible For me, taking profits to the bank after winning big helps tremendously
