Interestingly, if you ask AI, both Grok and ChatGPT will say there is a clause that restricts technology companies. The closest statement is in the third paragraph: stablecoins can only be issued with permission in the United States, but there are no additional requirements for technology companies. AI has started blatantly deceiving people.
