ZachXBT: Coinbase data breach, hackers provoke on chain, suspected of laundering $42.5 million

According to ZachXBT, hackers suspected of stealing Coinbase user data exchanged approximately $42.5 million worth of BTC for ETH through Thorchain and left provocative messages on the chain, with transaction hash 0x18c909a8438d94e88a434521e9fc143c87452fbecb09b034b8fd049d6477f. Previously, hackers obtained nearly 97000 user information by bribing customer service. Coinbase refused to pay a ransom of $20 million and offered a reward to trace their identities.
