The bill has passed the key Senate vote, which will provide a legal framework for the issuance of stable currency. It requires that the stable currency reserve must be 1:1 supported by cash or short-term US treasury bond bonds. According to the prediction of Citibank, by 2030, stable currency issuers may become the world's largest holders of US treasury bond bonds, with a holding scale of 1.2 trillion US dollars.
