My understanding is that HLP’s backstop liquidity provision is now capped so the rest will trigger ADL. HLP will probably come out of this fine. How far down the price goes from this liquidation is hard to say. Since the looming liquidation is completely visible to everyone, bid side of book could pull back as we get closer to liquidation or during liquidation.
