A federal judge has overturned the fraud and market manipulation conviction of Avraham Eisenberg, the mastermind behind the Mango Markets attack, stating that the DeFi protocol is an open system and does not constitute "deception in the legal sense". The judge pointed out that the prosecution failed to provide sufficient evidence to prove that their actions involved false statements. Can't Nima DEFI's dev do it with confidence and boldness?!
