Dubai Land Authority, together with real estate fintech company Prypco and infrastructure provider Ctrl Alt, has launched the first real estate tokenization platform Prypco Mint, tokenizing property ownership certificates through XRP Ledger. The platform allows users to purchase partial ownership of Dubai properties starting at around 2000 dirhams. Currently, it only supports local currency transactions and is limited to UAE residents.
