According to Golden Finance, cryptocurrency entrepreneur William Duplessie has surrendered to the New York police on suspicion of involvement in a cryptocurrency kidnapping case, facing charges of kidnapping, assault, illegal imprisonment, and illegal possession of weapons. Previously, the co suspect John Woeltz was arrested last Friday. The 28 year old Italian victim escaped after being imprisoned for nearly three weeks and reported to the police, claiming to have been beaten, electrocuted, and threatened with death.
