The security model is based on the assumption of 1/3 honest validators, which is much more reliable than PoA or MPC schemes. But the problem is still the old one: Infra has done too much. What is currently lacking in the market are killer dapps that can utilize these powerful technologies. Union's technical architecture is indeed beautiful, with a three-layer design that modularizes consensus, ZK proof, and relay networks, and considers future compatibility thoroughly. Verkle trees and formal validation are also very forward-looking roadmaps. The problem is that what users want is not how elegant the technical architecture is, but what can be done with this network?
