Bergen County, New Jersey, USA will tokenize $240 billion worth of real estate on the Avalanche network

Foresight News reported that according to CoinDesk, Bergen County, New Jersey, USA has signed a five-year agreement with land ownership blockchain company Balcony to migrate 370000 real estate ownership documents to the blockchain ledger, representing approximately $240 billion in real estate assets. The system is supported by Avalanche and will serve nearly one million residents in 70 municipalities in the county.
