BREAKING: In a victory for civil rights and the rule of law, @RealDonaldTrump administration will shut down 37 billion racial spoils program, which sets aside 10% in federal transportation funding for "presumptively disadvantaged" minority and women-led contractors. Besides being a scam, this program is obviously lawlessly discriminatory. The Trump administration is entering into a consent decree with litigants who challenged the racist program, agreeing: "(the) program’s use of race and sex-based presumptions of social and economic disadvantage... violates the equal protection component of the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution."
