Tether, Reeve Collins, and MI7 Sponsor jointly acquire a portion of M3 Brigade's equity for approximately $6.4675 million

According to a report by Golden Finance, Reeve Collins, co-founder of stablecoin issuer Tether, and MI7 Sponsor, LLC, an affiliate of CC Capital, have acquired 7187500 Class B common shares and 5043750 private equity warrants of Nasdaq listed M3 Brigade Acquisition V Corp. (M3 Brigade) from M3 Brigade Sponsor V LLC for a purchase price of $6467500. After the transaction is completed, M3 Brigade's company name will be changed to CCRC Digital Assets Corp, and business merger targets will be sought in the digital asset related industry. Reeve Collins will also serve as the CEO of the company.
