The tariff is really a twists and turns. The Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, at the urgent request of the Trump government, temporarily suspended the ruling of the lower court, so that Trump's tariff policy can continue to be implemented during the appeal period. This means that although the lower court held that the Trump government's tariff measures were illegal, these tariffs were still valid during the appeal hearing. At present, the court has requested the plaintiff to submit a response before June 5th, and the government needs to provide a response before June 9th.
