Bank of America: Global stock markets experience the largest weekly capital outflow of the year

A report from Bank of America stated that global stock markets experienced the largest weekly outflow of funds this year, reaching $9.5 billion, while approximately $19.3 billion flowed into bond funds during the same period. The report cites data from EPFR Global, stating that as of the week ending May 28th, cash funds experienced redemptions of approximately $18.9 billion, while cryptocurrency recorded its largest weekly inflow since January, reaching $2.6 billion. The inflow of funds into emerging market stocks is the largest this year, reaching $2 billion. About $1 billion of funds flowed into European stock funds, marking the seventh consecutive week of inflows. US stock funds have experienced capital outflows for the second consecutive week, reaching $5.1 billion.
