So turns out Coinbase was using a cheap contractor in India (TaskUS) for either KYC or customer support, not even their own direct employees… Which is wild because you’d think if you were going to spend on cheap overseas customer support… you’d at least have customer support? Like who has ever dealt with a real human customer support person at Coinbase?
