Kraken launches a full-service bulk brokerage business tailored specifically for institutional cryptocurrency clients According to The Block, cryptocurrency exchange Kraken has officially launched its institutional level prime brokerage service Kraken Prime, providing institutional clients with a one-stop solution for trading, custody, and financing. The platform integrates liquidity covering 90% of the digital asset market, supports 24/7 trading across more than 20 trading venues, and is equipped with a dedicated customer support team. Kraken Co CEO David Ripley stated that this service aims to meet the requirements of institutional investors for execution quality and service depth. Through its US licensed banking entity Kraken Financial, customers can directly execute transactions from qualified custodial accounts. The platform also provides services such as asset collateral lending and T+1 credit limit.
