In 2019, Circle's business at that time included Poloniex in addition to USDC. We took over some shares from a domestic institution and focused on the exchange business, rather than stablecoins. Later, when Circle sold Poloniex, a friend suggested selling the shares they held, but they were unable to reach an agreement on the price. We look forward to Circle bringing more traditional funds into the cryptocurrency industry and building a transparent and efficient financial future together.
