Trump Media Technology Group submits S-3 form, with a total financing of approximately $2.3 billion

According to Foresight News, the Trump Media Technology Group has submitted an S-3 registration statement for the previously announced Bitcoin asset trading. The company stated that it is seeking registered investors to resell approximately 56 million shares of stock and 29 million shares of underlying convertible notes, with the proceeds to be used for creating Bitcoin assets and general corporate purposes. It submitted Form S-3 for debt and equity subscription agreements signed with approximately 50 investors, with a total financing amount of approximately 2.3 billion US dollars.
