In 2022, we launched the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Programme, a strategic plan to upgrade, widen, and realign some of our most important roadways across the island, with a focus on Kingston and the soon-to-be parish of Portmore. These are some of roads CAPEX is targeting: Arthur Wint Drive, Lady Musgrave Road East King’s House Road Washington Boulevard In Portmore, the roads targeted are: Grange Lane, the new Portmore entrance, and the Hellshire Road. We don’t make empty promises, we make a plan, do the work, and deliver results. Our investment in infrastructure is about improving public services and improving your quality of life.
