OUTRAGEOUS: @AGPamBondi's Justice Department convinced a federal court today that @JudicialWatch somehow "waived" its request for who the Biden USAID was giving our money to in Gaza. So rather than expose what the Biden regime is hiding, they are now forcing us to file another Federal FOIA lawsuit for the basic info. This shell game is as bad as ANYTHING we've dealt with in the Obama-Biden administrations. Bondi and @SecRubio need to show better leadership on this simple transparency issue.
