Among them, $500 million will be raised through equity financing, and $250 million will be raised through convertible bonds. Columbus Circle Capital 1, supported by investment bank Cohen&Company, completed a $250 million IPO at the end of May. According to informed sources, the transaction could be announced as early as next week, but specific terms are still under negotiation. ProCapBTC will adopt a Bitcoin configuration strategy similar to MicroStrategy. Pompliano just raised $220 million for its independently operated SPAC platform last month.
